  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify potential candidates.
  • Provide market insights to the organization on the changing hiring trends
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and job fit.
  • Engage with passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide timely and insightful feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market intelligence to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Be the first point of contact from Talent Acquisition to identify and shortlist candidates


Preferred candidate profile:

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to network and engage with candidates
  • 4-7 years of talent sourcing experience with knowledge of latest technologies
  • Bachelors/ Masters degree in any discipline
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
