Specialist - ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)


Experience: 5-7 years


The Role / Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and implementation of ESG-focused Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.


  • Engage with clients to understand and address their ESG needs through expert consultation and tailored solutions.


  • Spearhead the conceptualization of various ESG product developments, aligning with market trends and industry requirements.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for seamless integration of sustainable and ethical practices in software development.


  • Define and implement ESG metrics for tracking, reporting, and ensuring compliance with global standards and regulations.


  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and advancements in ESG practices, continuously improving knowledge and skills.


  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique ESG challenges, and offering innovative solutions.


  • Lead training sessions and workshops to educate internal teams and clients on ESG principles and best practices.


  • Conduct ESG assessments and audits for clients, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.


  • Develop and maintain a network of industry experts, staying connected to the latest trends and insights in the ESG landscape.


  • Contribute to thought leadership by publishing articles, whitepapers, or speaking at industry events on ESG topics.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability or related domains).


  • Proven experience in ESG strategy development, SaaS solutions, and consulting.


  • Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.


  • Familiarity with sustainable finance and ethical investment principles
