Role Summary: Senior UX DesignerLead the design strategy and UX vision for complex digital products, ensuring alignment between user needs and business goals. Drive the end-to-end design process —from research and ideation to execution—while collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product/Engineering) to solve complex usability challenges and ensure a seamless, cohesive user experience .What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)Lead mobile-first design strategy and ensure a cohesive UX ecosystem .Conduct usability testing and research (qualitative/quantitative).Drive design from ideation to execution , developing high-level concepts/flows.Collaborate within an Agile framework and effectively present to stakeholders .Manage design systems , advocate for best practices/accessibility , and use UX metrics for iteration.What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)5+ years of impactful UX design experience; compelling UX/UI portfolio .Deep mastery of UX/UI principles, industry tools (Figma), and Agile methodologies (JIRA).Proficiency in qualitative/quantitative research and multi-device design.Proven ability to balance business goals with user needs .Strong visual/interaction skills, data-informed decision-making , and cross-functional collaboration .Exceptional communication (presentation) skills; proactive, adaptable, and a team-excelling self-starter.
