We are looking for an experiencedOutreach Manager to join our team a leading IT company offering arange of software and application products. The ideal candidateshould have 3 to 4 years of experience in telecalling and a proventrack record in training and developing telecalling teams. As aTelecaller Trainer you will play a key role in enhancing thecommunication and sales skills of our telecalling staff to driveeffective engagement with clients and promote ourproducts.Ensure telecallers have a deepunderstanding of our products so they can educate our customersabout our features s and competitivedifferentiators.
JobDescription Location: Rajkot / AhmedabadTraintelecallers in effective sales techniques objection handling andclosing strategies using realworld scenarios and roleplayingexercises.Work closely with sales andmarketing teams to align outreach campaigns with business goals andmarketing strategies.Gather feedback fromsales teams to continuously improve our products andservices.
