Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop ServiceNow applications and integrations based on business requirements.

- Implement and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

- Create and manage workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards in ServiceNow.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and scripting using UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.

- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.

- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing ServiceNow solutions and procedures.

- Ensure the security and integrity of ServiceNow applications by implementing best practices and following governance requirements.

- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

- Train and mentor junior developers or administrators in ServiceNow best practices.

- Stay updated with ServiceNow new features, modules, and functionalities to propose and implement improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.

- Adhere to Agile methodologies for project delivery and continuous improvement.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow solutions and processes.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.

- Proven experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration.

- Expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

- Good understanding of ITIL concepts and practices.

- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and applications.

- Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling principles.

- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and to propose innovative solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and practices.

- Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of CMDB and its importance in configuration management.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and release management processes.

- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ServiceNow technical issues.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
