We're Hiring: HR Generalist – Denzour Nutrition

Location: (Jasola/Delhi)

Experience: 2-3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

Your Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.

  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new joiners.

  • Coordinate with employees for attendance and leave records.

  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.

  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Hands-on experience with MS Office

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of hands-on HR experience (preferably in FMCG, D2C, or startup space)

  • Excellent communication, people-first approach, and leadership skills

  • Ability to work independently and shape HR systems from ground up

  • Passion for wellness, growth, and team culture is a big plus
