Role Overview:

As a Marketing Concept & Campaign Specialist, you'll be at the heart of ideating andshaping integrated marketing campaigns. You'll work across teams to translate businessgoals into powerful creative concepts and detailed campaigns that speak to the targetaudience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development

  • Generate original campaign ideas, themes, and marketing hooks based on brandstrategy, market research, and trends.

  • Brainstorm with creative and account teams to build engaging BTL and digitalcampaigns.

Campaign Planning & Strategy

  • Design 360° campaign structures (online + offline), including message flow,activation ideas, Digital media mix, and consumer journeys.

  • Prepare campaign pitch decks and present them to internal teams or clients.

Execution Collaboration

  • Work with content, design, production, and media teams to bring concepts tolife through impactful communication assets.

  • Ensure brand consistency and storytelling throughout all touchpoints.

Research & Insights

  • Study competitor campaigns, consumer behaviour, and industry trends to createrelevant and future-forward campaigns.

  • Use feedback, performance metrics, and analytics to refine future campaignideation.
