Job Description:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Escalating critical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information.
  • Collecting payments from customers as per the agreed terms.
  • Following up on outstanding dues and ensuring timely payments.
  • Coordinating with the finance team to resolve payment-related issues.

Requirements:


Bachelors/Masters degree in any stream.

12 years of experience in the Customer Relationship

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and able to work in a target-driven environment.

Proven experience in maintaining good relationships with clients and handling monthly repayments.


Customer Relation: 2 year (Required)

Language:

English, Hindi and Malayalam (Required)

Job Type: Full-time
