About Our Client

Our client is an emergent entity in the CDN (Content Delivery Network) and cloud services domain, currently in the early stages of its journey. With recent funding from a GCC Venture Capital, they are poised for significant development and expansion, particularly in the Indian and Gulf markets

Job Description

1. Market Expansion: India Launch* Develop a Comprehensive Market Entry Strategy: Formulate a strategic plan tailored for the Indian market, aligning seamlessly with Company's global objectives. This entails conducting in-depth market research, identifying key customer segments, establishing a competitive advantage, and ensuring product-market fit for the Indian landscape.2. Sales Leadership: Building a High-Performing Team* Lead and Drive Sales Growth: Establish and lead a dynamic sales organization dedicated to achieving Company's sales goals within the Indian market. Responsibilities include setting clear and measurable objectives, conducting thorough market and customer needs analysis, developing a scalable sales model, recruiting and structuring a high-performing team, and overseeing ongoing training and development initiatives.3. Public Relations & Brand Management* Elevate Brand Awareness and Establish Market Presence: Develop and execute a robust public relations strategy that propels the Company's brand visibility and market recognition in India. This includes crafting compelling communication messaging, fostering strategic relationships with key media outlets and stakeholders, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels, managing potential reputation risks, and utilising technology to leverage data-driven public relations tactics.4. Customer Success: Prioritising Exceptional Service* Spearhead Customer Service Excellence: Champion the creation of dedicated customer support teams, including account managers, customer success managers (CSM), and network operations center (NOC) support, to deliver an exceptional customer experience that fosters long-term relationships with Company's Indian clientele.5. Strategic Partnerships: Leveraging Alliances for Growth* Forge Strategic Collaborations: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that complement the Company's core competencies and align with its Indian market objectives. This includes performing comprehensive due diligence, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration with partners, establishing mutually beneficial goals, and maintaining the highest legal and ethical standards.

The Successful Applicant

● A minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in the technology, CDN, or cloudservices industries, with a proven track record of strategic growth and operationalexcellence.● Demonstrated ability in crafting and implementing successful GTM strategies andscaling operations in new markets, preferably in India.● Strong leadership skills with experience in building, managing, and inspiring teams toachieve ambitious goals.● Exceptional communication and public relations skills, with the ability to representthe company effectively to stakeholders, media, and the wider community.● Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and securing partnerships that drivemutual growth and alignment with company objectives.● Agile and adaptive, able to navigate the complexities of a startup environment andlead the company through various stages of growth.● Cultural and ethical alignment with the company's values, with a customer-centricapproach and commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
