Those channels are all together representing our CPaa S cloud-based delivery model that enables companies to embed additional communication features into their existing business.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote role for a Junior NOC Engineer - A2 P Messaging. The NOC Engineer will monitor and maintain network operations, manage and troubleshoot technical issues, ensure network security, and provide technical support to clients. The professional will be engaged in proactive network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.About the job:Location : RemoteExperience : 1-3 YearsQualifications : Bachelor in EngineeringPreferred Area of Expertise:SMSC, SMPP, A2 P MessagingJob Responsibility:Experience on Horisen messaging platform would be preferred but not mandatoryProvide 24 X7 X365 NOC Support for VAS related issuesManage day to day operations of SMS NOC Customer/Vendor/Route/Rate Configuration Management, Trace Capturing & TroubleshootingNew clients interconnect and interconnection testing· Ability to prioritize network alarms and incidents to fulfill KPI commitments.Monitoring Disk Space, log files, Dumps/logs purging, application up-timeCapacity management and reporting in case of possible breach of capacityAnswer customer emails/calls and provide timely & high level of serviceUse a variety of tools (Ethereal/Wireshark, ping, traceroute, browser, etc.) to quickly verify reported eventsHead to Head testing/configuration with clientsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and sponsor introducing system changes to improve efficiencyManagement reporting as per requirementMaintain a good understanding of all NOC processes and implement them appropriatelyTechnical/Functional Skills Required:Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar fieldMinimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols.Minimum of 1 year experience in A2 P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis.Experience in working at a leading A2 P operator would be an advantageExperience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures
