JobDescription: As a Senior DataAnalyst you will play a pivotal role in driving client successthrough datadriven insights and observations. You will collaboratewith client stakeholders across various lines of business (LOBs)and functions to translate business requirements into actionableinsights. Your responsibilities willinclude:
  • Conducting client meetingsto provide datadriven insights on key website/app metrics acrossUpper Funnel Middle Funnel and Lower Funnelexperiences.
  • Collaborating with clientstakeholders to understand business requirements and define keyperformance indicators (KPIs) for decisionmakingpurposes.
  • Creating site performance dashboardsusing product analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics GoogleAnalytics or Amplitude.
  • Developing datadrivenhypotheses and making recommendations to improve site engagementconversion rates and other relevantmetrics.
  • Defining requirements for businessdashboards to be created in Tableau.
  • Extractingrealtime business metrics from transactional systems/datawarehouses and analyzing trends anddrivers.
  • Leading and participating in dailystandup meetings to assess data needs and deliver insightspromptly.
  • Leading and participating in WeeklyBusiness Reviews (WBR) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) topresent and discuss business trends.
  • Hiringdeveloping and mentoring junior data analysts within theteam.
  • Demonstrating strong communication andinterpersonal skills to engage with seniorlevel managementregarding the implementation ofchanges.

WhatMakes You a GreatFit: Background:
  • Undergraduatedegree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering scienceor economics from a TopTierinstitution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experiencein Data Analysis/Product Analyst function within a Productorganization or a clientfacingrole.
  • Proficiency in Product Analytics toolssuch as Adobe Analytics Google Analytics orAmplitude.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Datavisualization tools likeTableau.
Skills:
  • Strongproblemsolving and conflict resolutionabilities.
  • Excellent communicationinterpersonal and mentoring skills.
  • Ability tothrive in an ambiguous and fastpaced environment. Prior experiencein managing Director level stakeholders is aplus.
  • Ability to understand the technologystack dependencies between applications and dataflows.
  • Highly adaptable to change and anexcellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiateeffectively.
