Contracts Manager - Chennai

Qualification : B.E. Civil

Experience : Minimum 10 years exp

Salary : 80k to 90k

Projects Handled from Railways, Airports, Medical college Building, Infrastructure and refurbishment works will be preferred

Maintain Tender and contracts documents, sub contractor prequalification, templates, forms, procedures etc.

Providing support to project management on contractual issues

Review contract and tender documents to implement contract project services requirements.

Review requests for proposals to identify risks and contractual terms and confirming to company policy.

Provide technical guidance to assigned personnel and ensures proficiency and timeliness of contract administration

Formulate and maintain all facets of the change management & contracts strategy.

Study & examine contract documents for possible claims, variations etc.

Tracking on potential variations , change orders and maintain the LOG

Preparing the contractual claims (cost & Extension of time), collecting all necessary documents and submitting it to the client, liaison with client and close out.

Sub contract administration (issuing work orders , Amendments)
