Senior Quality Assurance Engineering


Job Description


Senior Quality Engineer with a strong background in Data Quality and System Integration projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing quality assurance processes, executing testing activities, identifying defects, Automation Testing and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.


Roles and Responsibility:


  • Develop test strategies and plans for data integration projects, taking into consideration the application tech stack includes Front-end React JS, Rest APIs, SQL Microsoft, Tableau reports, and PowerBI dashboards.
  • Design and implement test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on functional and non functional project requirements.
  • Execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, security, and scalability of the data integration project.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing automation testing frameworks and scripts, preferably using tools such as Katalon, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance the reliability and stability of the data integration project.
  • Participate in Data mapping reviews, requirement walkthroughs, and project meetings to provide input and ensure alignment with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the data integration project.
  • Manage UAT phases of the project, i.e. coordinate testing activities with business testers, prioritize issue resolution with the engineering team, validate fixes implemented and provide progress reports to relevant stakeholder
