Job Description:

The work profile involves ideation, creation, testing and validation of system level electronics for application-level innovations in the domain of batteries, motors and power converters.

- Assess existing technologies and design/procure appropriate technology for system level implementation.- Working with the battery and hardware design teams to improve and optimize the performance

1. of the implemented battery system performance.

- Perform the plant modelling, model-based design (MBD) and testing (HiL/MiL) of the EV battery- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during testing and/or during production.- Benchmarking competitor EV battery packs (stacks) and other electrical/electronic EV components and interacting with the Hardware design team to optimize the design.- End to end testing of the battery system in sync with the electronics and record the data for further optimization and modification.- Logic development and selection of auxiliaries required for the battery system.- Design and fabricate test equipment for the required mechanical, thermal, and electrical systems,- Ensure test results are documented in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
