Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications while learning and growing in a collaborative environment.

 Backend Development & Learning:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining backend services using Java & Spring Boot .

  • Design and build RESTful APIs and integrate them with databases.

  • Work on minor bug fixes, enhancements, and small feature implementations.

AI & Productivity Enhancement:

  • Explore and use AI-driven coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve efficiency.

  • Be open to experimenting with AI-powered automation in development workflows.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Work closely with senior engineers for guidance and mentorship.

  • Understand business and technical requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Willingness to help the team in any challenges and contribute to team success



Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • Strong foundational knowledge in Java, OOP, Data Structures & Algorithms

  • Basic understanding of Spring Boot & REST APIs (academic or project experience preferred).

  • Exposure to SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and good communication




Requirements
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
