Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate for Marketplace to manage marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of the brands in e Commerce platforms. An ideal can be someone with 1-3years of experience with external sales management and also interested in beauty & personal care and would like to build a career in this industry.Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth on multiple Ecommerce platforms such as Flipkart, Purple, Nykaa, Meesho, Zepto, Blinkit etc.- Doing market research, understanding competition market trends.- Responsible for product cataloging, A+ content, and search engine optimization of the listings- Managing relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces with Internal and External Stakeholders.- Optimizing shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time and save costs.- Preparing weekly and monthly reports and working with management & seniors to forecast future performance with good data anlalytical skills.- Handling Inventory management in case of deficits.- To work with brand/creative team for inputs related to marketing activitiesQualifications:- 1-3 years of managing e-commerce sales, with a BTech/BCom/MBA/ otherbachelor's/master’s degree from a reputed college.- Interest and willingness to learn about the beauty & personal care sector is a strong advantage- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate the objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders.- Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
