Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate for Marketplace to manage marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of the brands in e Commerce platforms. An ideal can be someone with 1-3years of experience with external sales management and also interested in beauty & personal care and would like to build a career in this industry. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth on multiple Ecommerce platforms such as Flipkart, Purple, Nykaa, Meesho, Zepto, Blinkit etc. - Doing market research, understanding competition market trends. - Responsible for product cataloging, A+ content, and search engine optimization of the listings - Managing relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces with Internal and External Stakeholders. - Optimizing shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time and save costs. - Preparing weekly and monthly reports and working with management & seniors to forecast future performance with good data anlalytical skills. - Handling Inventory management in case of deficits. - To work with brand/creative team for inputs related to marketing activities Qualifications: - 1-3 years of managing e-commerce sales, with a BTech/BCom/MBA/ other bachelor's/master’s degree from a reputed college. - Interest and willingness to learn about the beauty & personal care sector is a strong advantage - Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate the objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders. - Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
