What does your role look like?

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: 6 DAYS A WEEK (rotating shifts) | 2:00 am to 11:00 am or 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
Work Setup: Onsite, Bogota/Medellin

What are we looking for?

  • English Level: C1
  • Team/project management experience
  • Good understanding and experience in team planning, problem-solving
  • Proven experience 2+ years in a customer service role, with at least 1+ years in a leadership or supervisory position
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience in BPO is preferred


What will you do in our team?

  • Lead and supervise a team of Spanish-speaking customer service representatives
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to achieve performance targets
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and analyze team performance reports for management review
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
