Mandatory Skills (MUST HAVE)

Skill 1 (Seating Chart)

Good domain experience in Finance (Order Management process, Accounts Receivable process,etc.)

Develop and maintain existing product codebase using JavaScript.

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.

Tools: Extensive experience in Visual Studio, Bitbucket, Jira/Asana

In-depth technical understanding of the capabilities of Esker Accounts Receivable modules and its versions to maximize product features.

Participate in agile/scrum development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Creation and maintenance of high-quality solutions with Esker best practices.

Meticulously analyzing business requirements for optimal solution using Esker’s standard feature or customizing the product.

Working and communicating with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements and for solutioning.

Presenting and explaining solution design decisions and justifications in design walkthrough sessions.

Provide architectural control over solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity across all the environments of Esker platform, considering product upgrades.

Engage in peer review sessions of new solution designs and provide feedback and recommendations to address any gaps found in artefact review.

Skill 2

Experience with server-side JavaScript (Node.js)

Reviewing solution design giving due consideration to product caveats and Esker best practices.

Working with the project team to develop and maintain high level project schedule and resource plans for implementation.

Skill 3

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional senior technical role (e.g. technical lead, team lead or architect), ideally for a system integrator.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences.

Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment.

Results oriented with ability to produce products/solutions that deliver organizational benefit.

Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude.

Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Strong conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem solving skills.

Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy with ability to design RPA solutions to deliver that strategy.

Skill 4

Experience in API based system integrations.

Preferred Skills (GOOD TO HAVE)


Skill 1

Implemented Esker solution for Accounts Receivable (preferably Order Management).

Qualifications in Enterprise Architecture (e.g. TOGAF) is an advantage.

Implemented IPA solution with any other product (eg. Kofax, Basware, Coupa, Open Text)

Skill 2

Familiarity with other IPA tools is an advantage

Job Description

Works as a part of the solution development team, you will be responsible for translating the functional requirements into the architecture for the solution. Your process involves selecting the most appropriate Esker product features and options based on the requirements, weighing if a configurable solution can be optimized or product feature needs to be customized or new feature has to be created. You will collaborate with Esker Professional Services for any technical assistance. You will collaborate with Esker Cx team for delivery post implementation. You will ensure the solution architecture aligns with enterprise architecture roadmaps and adheres to enterprise architecture principles. You will actively initiate and structure Esker implementation roadmap. You will be working with multiple practices from within Cx Automation.
