Weare seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide highleveladministrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have aminimum of 2 years of experience handling and coordinatingexecutivelevel tasks possess fluent communication skills in Hindiand English demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and be ableto effectively manage professional tasks for theCEO.KeyResponsibilities:
- Actas the primary point of contact between the CEO andinternal/external stakeholders demonstrating professionalism andconfidentiality at all times.
- Manage andmaintain the CEOs schedule including arranging appointments travelitineraries and meeting logistics.
- Coordinateand prioritize incoming requests and correspondence for the CEOensuring timely responses and followupactions.
- Prepare and edit correspondencepresentations and other documents.
- Handle tasksfor the CEO such as errands appointments andarrangements.
- Assist in the organization andcoordination of executive meetings including preparing agendastaking minutes and distributingmaterials.
- Manage special projects andinitiatives as assigned by the CEO ensuring deadlines andobjectives are met.
- Maintain a high level ofprofessionalism and discretion in handling sensitiveinformation.
- Minimumof 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or PersonalAssistant to senior executives.
- Fluentcommunication skills in Hindi andEnglish.
- Strong computer skills includingproficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPointOutlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellentorganizational and time management abilities with a keen attentionto detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritizetasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Proactiveproblemsolving skills and the ability to anticipate the needs ofthe CEO.
- Discretion and confidentiality inhandling sensitive information.
