Job Purpose

To support Front Office Dealing teams in the following activities:Preparation and submission of Credit Notes for prospective issuersRegular monitoring of Credit ExposureSubmission of periodic reportsHighlighting any early warning signs of the portfolio

Key AccountabilitiesTo prepare accurate credit proposals in a consistent, concise and lucid manner.To maintain a close working relationship with the Business Unit to ensure that department deliverables are metEnsure all regulatory reporting & compliances are enforced.Ensure customer retention & increase in wallet share by constantly monitoring customer satisfaction levels through detailed MIS & tracking of operations & complaintsControl the quality of the exposure, using available triggers and adherence to Risk management guidelines and policiesMonitor and ensure adherence to risk service standards

Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesProviding concise and relevant financial analysis by clearly identifying risksEnsure reviews are completed prior to the due date and are error-freeIdentify new Issuers/Credits fulfilling the internal Investment guidelinesMaintain database of Issuers & Credit proposals basis Financial results/Company-specific updatesAdhere to the risk management and regulatory guidelines of SEBI and RBIControl and manage the risk profile for the overall exposureManage performance against key financial (risk-adjusted contribution) sales, service and operational targets

Required Experience

•

Overall 2-5 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably having experience with credit analysis of Fixed Income clients – banks, and NBFCs.• Knowledge of competitors and market

Education / Preferred Qualifications:

CA / MBA
