Experience (in years): 10+ YearsMandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements:Configuration support for at least 2 clients handled on AMS model for Workday HCMExperience in Business Process setupGeneral knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areasGood understanding of Workday SecurityAbility to configure and test functional changes to Workday modulesGood written & oral communication skills & strong team playerGood to Have Skillsets:Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to theseExperience in configuration support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent ManagementResponsibilities:Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in configuration supportGather requirements and prototype the configuration changesMaintain continuously and support current Business Processes and Setup data by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessaryWork in a team of workday configuration and integration analysts and contribute to requirements engineering and craft technical specifications.Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday.Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards.Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concernsAbility to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
