We’ll create a world of opportunities for you.Job Title : Salesforce Technical ArchitectWork Location : BangaloreWork Experience : 10 to 15 yearsMust Have CriteriaMinimum 10+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience.Strong expertise in Salesforce Conga, Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Proficient in Salesforce Flows.Deep understanding of Data Migration Concepts.Hands-on experience with Integration Patterns.Proven experience in Large Data Volume Implementations.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security Features and Best Practices.Thorough understanding of Salesforce Limits and Salesforce Asynchronous Capabilities.Solid grasp of Coding Best Practices and conducting Code Reviews.Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.Exposure to Using Generative AI for Development.Experience working with Salesforce Managed Packages.Proficiency in Dev Ops Tools and Best Practices.Strong understanding of GIT and Version Management.Must possess 15x Salesforce Certifications.Prefer to Have CriteriaUnderstanding of 1 GP (First Generation Packaging) and 2 GP (Second Generation Packaging).Experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud.Knowledge of Locker Service (LWS).Experience with Integration Middleware / Mule Soft.Good understanding of Analytics Platforms.People Management Skills.Experience working in Agile and Dev Ops environments.Exposure to Drafting RFPs (Request for Proposals) and Effort Estimation.Experience in Training and Coaching.
