D. students in dissertation and thesis work.Collaborate with research bodies, councils, and funding agencies.Clinical / Practical Duties (for clinical subjects)Supervise patient care in the teaching hospital.Provide consultation and treatment in the concerned specialty.Ensure clinical exposure and practical training for students.Minimum Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria (As per NCISM Norms)Essential Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Ayurveda in the concerned subject from a recognized institution.Teaching Experience: 5 years of teaching experience in the concerned subject as an Assistant Professor in a recognized institution.Desirable Qualifications: Ph. D. in the concerned subject. Published research work in standard journals.Skills & CompetenciesIn-depth knowledge of Ayurveda and integration with modern health sciences.Strong teaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.Excellent communication and academic writing ability.Ability to initiate and manage research projects.Commitment to ethical practices and institutional growth.NoteMust possess valid registration under a State or Central Register of Indian Medicine.Qualifications obtained through recognized universities or institutions only will be accepted.Experience must be from recognized Ayurveda colleges affiliated with a recognized university and approved by NCISM.
