Job Description:

1. Role Overview: Manage the distribution network within the assigned area.

2. Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze secondary sales performance & generate primary orders based on secondary sales data.

B. Sales Support: Support the sales team in achieving assigned targets.

C. Channel Management: Communicate efficiently with the entire channel network and manage the channel network effectively.

D. Distributor Assistance: Assist distributors in achieving their monthly and yearly TOD (Targets of Distribution) and volume targets.

Qualification:

  1. Minimum Graduate in any field

  2. 1 to 3 years of experience, preference given to candidates from a Builders' Locks & Hardware background

  3. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills

Requirements:

  1. Must own a 2-Wheeler.

  2. Must have a Smart Mobile Phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
