Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President- AI Solution Designer

Lean Digital Transformation (LDT) function serves as a catalyst for career advancement and heightened leadership visibility within the company. The LDT team drives the transformation agenda for G and its clients by leading the interplay of Data Analytics, Digital, and Lean Six Sigma. We fuse Lean and Six Sigma to optimize processes, bring end-to-end process linkage, reimagine businesses with digital solutions and predict problems before they occur by embedding Analytics into operations. You would lead the charge to infusing Generative AI into our Operations which we run for our clients.

For this role, we are seeking a highly motivated individual who will hold end to end accountability for driving the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions that align with the organization's strategic objectives and industry trends. As the lead solution designer, the person is responsible to design and architect scalable solutions that leverage ML algorithms, deep learning models and other AI techniques. This role must navigate successfully between the stakeholder groups, data scientists and ML Engineers and deliver & deploy AI models and applications, work with the team to promote the Gen AI/AI capabilities & services.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements for AI solutions.

Design and architect scalable AI/ML and Gen AI solutions that leveragestate-of-the-art machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, and other AI techniques.

Develop comprehensive solution proposals, including technical architectures, implementation plans, and project timelines.

Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to prototype, build, and deploy AI/ML and Gen AI models and applications.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Conduct regular assessments and optimizations to improve the performance and effectiveness of deployed AI solutions.

Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML and Gen AI technologies, trends, and best practices to continually enhance the company's capabilities and offerings.

Qualifications /Required skills we seek in you

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. An advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus.

Deep understanding of Gen AI – architecture, applications, use cases in an operational environment, various offerings

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Proven experience in designing and delivering AI solutions, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical AI solutions.

Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
