Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, from lead generation to final delivery. This role demands an experienced, target-driven professional with a passion for luxury automotive brands, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
  • Proactively follow up on all sales leads and walk-in inquiries.
  • Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate vehicle models and configurations.

Client Relationship & Networking

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNW clients and corporate accounts.
  • Organize and participate in customer engagement activities such as test drives, brand events, and vehicle launches.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to generate referrals and repeat business.

Product Expertise

  • Stay updated with the latest Mercedes-Benz product features, specifications, and competitive models.
  • Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to clients.

Documentation & Coordination

  • Assist clients with finance, insurance, registration, and vehicle delivery.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with the service and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain accurate customer data using CRM tools.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, conversions, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury automotive, real estate, or high-end retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of premium customer expectations.
  • Professional grooming and confident personality.
  • Fluent in English; regional language skills are an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
