Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist located in Worli. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, analyzing data, handling sales support tasks, and assisting in project management. The candidate will also be required to communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Effective Communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
  • Experience in Sales and Operations Management
  • Proficiency in Project Management techniques and tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
