Position Title - Plant Head - Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC)
Department - Manufacturing Operations
Location - Vilayat, Bharuch - Gujarat
Experience - 18 - 22 years
Qualification – Bachelors in Chemical engineering / Masters in Chemical Engineering (Mandatory)
Key Responsibility -
Collaborate with the Lubrizol JV partner to absorb and implement technologies and best practices
Monitoring plant operation data, analyzing against standard procedures, making presentations & leading Lubrizol review processes.
Coordination with Lubrizol technology and R&D team for continuous improvement & change management
Manage production and maintenance of the plant by evolving annual budget for utilization and ensuring achieving of the result
Product Scaleup and give input to Product Improvements
Ensure quality of the product so as to meet customer requirements
Establish & ensure implementation of maintenance systems and controls for maximum availability of the plant
Product Quality, Preventive Maintenance, 5S, Continuous Improvement
Identify and Execute Expansion Projects in future
Safety and Compliances as per industry standards and relevant regulations
Collaborate with support functions like Finance, Commercial, HR, Administration, Security & IT.
Managing the production operations of CPVC is mandatory for ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes
Requirements -
Degree in Chemical Engineering – Mandatory*
Experience - 18 + Years, having experience of polymer Industry.
8-10 years’ experience in People Leadership in Manufacturing
Exposure in Production, Operations, Quality Process, Logistic, Safety, and environment
