Role Overview: The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling our brand’s visibility, and patient acquisition across different customer segments. This leader will drive growth by leveraging digital marketing channels, performance analytics, and innovative marketing strategies to connect with prospective patients and partners. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a comprehensive go-to-market plan for the clinic’s launch and growth phases. Identify target customer segments, key messaging, and value propositions. Lead end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.). Optimize campaigns for lead generation, patient acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, and LTV to drive results. Build and execute an SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility and web traffic. Oversee the creation of content (blogs, landing pages, social media) optimized for lead conversion. Develop marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and engagement. Collaborate with creative teams to build a compelling brand identity that resonates with the target audience. Ensure messaging consistency across all digital and offline channels. Use advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hub Spot, or similar) to assess campaign performance and customer journey insights. Regularly report on marketing KPIs and recommend actionable improvements. Work closely with the clinical, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Partner with external agencies and vendors to maximize resources and campaign effectiveness. Requirements: Proven experience of 4 to 5 years in performance marketing, digital marketing, or GTM strategy, preferably in the healthcare and fertility industry.  Expertise in PPC, SEO, social media marketing, and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience building GTM strategies for new product or service launches. Familiarity with patient acquisition strategies and regulatory considerations in healthcare marketing. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills. Passion for making a positive impact in the women’s health space is a plus.
