Job Description -
Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager (Healthcare/Pharma)
- Location:
Navi Mumbai (on-site) - Experience:
7-10 years in marketing ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industry
Go-to-Market Planning and Execution:
- Develop and, most importantly,
execute
comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our Diagnostics Products and Services, directly aligned with business objectives and revenue targets. - Conduct continuous market research to maintain an in-depth, actionable understanding of the competitive landscape, customer needs, and our key value differentiators.
Hands-On Demand Generation:
- Design, build, and manage effective
B2B and D2C marketing campaigns
to drive market entry, lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. - Manage and optimise
digital marketing tools,
such as Brevo, SEO/SEM, and email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, etc. to build a robust marketing funnel.
Sales Enablement and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a day-today basis—including pre-sales and sales, product, and clinical—to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage a full suite of sales enablement materials,
including marketing collaterals, to equip the sales team with the tools needed to drive revenue. - Implement contemporary, new-age
customer acquisition and retention
strategies that are both innovative and effective. - Events, conferences and
industry forums
support (pertaining to Dx), including material development, production cycles, vendor management, and logistics.
Performance, Analytics and Measurement:
- Track, analyse, and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and activities.
- Provide data-driven insights for continuous optimisation. A key requirement is the ability to
integrate and map marketing outcomes directly with business vertical metrics.
