Job Responsibilities

• Develop quality standards for fresh fruits and dry fruits.• Implement various trials and projects related to quality of Indian and imported fruits• Execute training and orientation to DC staff on all quality aspects, testing methods, sampling technique, sorting-grading and sensory evaluation of all fruits and vegetables.• Quality Check of inbound and out bound fruits as per the laid down quality standards and ensure that it reaches the destination in sound condition. • Following quality norms strictly at mandi and helping sourcing of fruits. Executing sorting grading at mandi to ensure minimum rejection percentage at pack-house.• Help in evaluating product wise loss at packing house and provide training to sourcing and pack house staff on possible short comings• Ensure that SOP of maintaining sanitation and hygiene is being implemented at pack house.• Provide training to pack house staff for quality inspection of all packaging material as per laid down SOP arrived at pack house time to time before its acceptance• Do benchmarking for quality with available reputed competitors and provide comparative analysis.• Conduct market quality analysis of premium fruits to validate our laid down quality standard specifications• Conduct Store visit to ensure proper display of premium fruits. Also to give training SM/ASM and store associate to maintain keeping quality of fruits.Education Requirements Graduate / Post GraduateSkills & Competencies • Analytical skills• Verbal Communication• Detail Oriented
