**Job Title**:Professor and HOD for MBA Department (HR/Finance/Marketing)**

**Qualification & Experience: MBA in Finance/HR/Marketing and PhD with minimum 8 years of academic experience (teaching).**

**Roles & Responsibilities of Professor and HOD**

1. **Academic Leadership**: As an HOD, you are responsible for providing academic leadership within the MBA department. This includes overseeing the curriculum, ensuring it aligns with industry trends and standards, and reviewing and updating courses as needed.

2. **Program Development**: You may be involved in developing new MBA programs or modifying existing ones to meet the changing needs of students and the industry. This involves conducting market research, analyzing industry demands, and collaborating with faculty members to design effective and relevant programs.

3. **Faculty Management**: As the HOD, you are responsible for managing the faculty members within the MBA department. This includes recruitment, hiring, and orientation of new faculty, as well as providing guidance and support for professional development activities.

4. **Course Coordination**: You will coordinate the scheduling of courses, ensuring that the necessary resources and faculty members are available to deliver the courses. You may also assign teaching responsibilities to faculty members based on their areas of expertise.

5. **Student Support**: The HOD is responsible for fostering a positive learning environment for MBA students. This involves addressing student concerns, providing guidance on academic matters, and facilitating student support services, such as mentoring and career counseling.

6. **Quality Assurance**: You are responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of education within the MBA department. This includes monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of teaching methodologies, implementing quality improvement measures, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulations.

7. **Budgeting and Resource Allocation**:As the HOD, you will be involved in budget planning and resource allocation within the MBA department. This includes managing departmental finances, allocating funds for faculty development, research activities, and infrastructure requirements.

8. **Collaboration and Networking**: You will collaborate with other department heads, faculty members, and industry professionals to foster partnerships and enhance the reputation of the MBA department. This can involve organizing conferences, workshops, and guest lectures, as well as establishing connections with relevant industry associations and organizations.

9. **Administrative Duties**: The HOD is responsible for administrative tasks within the MBA department. This includes managing departmental records, handling student admissions and registrations, overseeing the evaluation and grading processes, and coordinating with other administrative units of the college or university.

10. **Strategic Planning**: As an HOD, you play a key role in strategic planning for the MBA department. This involves setting goals, developing a vision for the department's growth, and implementing strategies to achieve academic excellence and continuous improvement.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
