The Role

We are seeking a talented Storyboard Artist to join our growing E-learning development team in Gurugram. In this role,you will play a vital role in visually translating complex learning concepts into clear and engaging storyboards that form the foundation of our e-learning courses.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers and E-learning Developers to understand course content and learning objectives.
  • Translate written scripts and concepts into clear, concise, and visually engaging storyboards.
  • Develop storyboards that effectively depict the flow, pacing, and key elements of each learning module.
  • Utilize strong visual storytelling techniques to communicate information, emotions, and actions through composition, framing, and character design.
  • Maintain consistency in visual style and character design throughout the storyboard sequence.
  • Work closely with the E-learning development team to incorporate feedback and revisions on storyboards.
  • May explore and utilize basic animation principles to enhance storyboard clarity, particularly for complex sequences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storyboard Artist or similar visual communication role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing storyboard work, with a focus on clear communication and visual storytelling.
  • Proficient understanding of visual design principles such as composition, framing, and perspective.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to translate written instructions and concepts into visual representations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A passion for e-learning and creating engaging learning experiences (a plus).

Bonus Points

  • Experience working on storyboards for e-learning or instructional materials.
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate (a plus).
  • Experience with basic animation principles and software (a plus).
