Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at ABL EDUCATION in Noida. The role involves providing executive administrative assistance, handling HR tasks, supporting communication within the organization, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of HR processes and protocols
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience in recruitment cycle & process of candidates in a company.
  • Job posting, Job description, Interview lineup, shortlisting of candidates as per JD.
  • Relevant certification or diploma in HR or related field
