Role- HR Intern
Working days- 5 days
Office Location-Noida, Onsite
Stipend- 12K per month
Duration of Internship- 2 Months
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help with onboarding new employees by preparing materials and assisting in the orientation process.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
• Support the HR team with organizing and conducting training sessions.
• Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives, including surveys and feedback collection.
• Help in preparing HR reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Assist with benefits administration, including answering employee queries and maintaining records.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative assistance as needed.
•Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, wellness initiatives, and more.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and talent management.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus (but not required).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
