Job Title -MS Dynamic 365 Technical Consultant/DeveloperLocation - Bangalore.Exp - 5+ years.Notice Period - Immediate Joiners.Job Description -The Dynamic 365 Technical Consultant/Developer needs to be well versed with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Service Hub, Knowledge Management, Self Service Portal, Reports & Dashboards using Power BI/SSRS, Power Automate and Power Apps.The selected candidate will work as part of the development team, and report to the project manager and technical lead.Essential Job Functions & Required Skills:Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Dynamics 365 Customer ServiceProficiency in designing, developing and implementing business processes, plugins and workflowsExperience in designing and creating custom entities and relationships between those entitiesExperience in handling multiple business unit with data segregation and cross BU access/rolesStrong hand on experience in developing Dynamics Self-service Portals and Custom portal integrating multiple Dynamics instance for Case creation, Case status update, Add Comment, Upload Screenshots and knowledge Management integrating SharePointExperience of software development using Microsoft .Net, C#, JSON and jQueryExperience in Customer Service Hub, Unified Client Interface, Client API form context and Model-driven appsStrong Hand on experience in Scheduled Reports, Custom SSRS reports with multiple data sources (external & internal)Experience in developing automations using Power Automate and Power AppsExperience in developing application which can be published to AzureExperience in handling huge volumes of case and email recordsExperience in using third party tools to configure, customize, monitor and troubleshoot the Dynamics applicationExperience in Agile/Scrum based process implementation using tools like Azure DevOps with pipeline automation for CI/CDExperience in designing and automating the survey forms using MS Forms ProDynamics 365 Customer Service Insights, AI Powered Dashboards, AI Predictive analytics and other AI-driven insights is a plusHands-on experience in developing Power BI Dashboards & Reports is a plusProvide troubleshooting/technical supportActively participate in design and analysis sessions to ensure sound team decision-makingSupport system and user acceptance testing activities, including issue resolutionComplete technical documentation to ensure system is fully documentedInterested candidate kindly share their resume on:-
