Job Description:

Must have at 5 full lifecycle SAP R/3 and 3 S/4 HANA Implement Experience (Project Preparation to till Go-Live) a, 5 Roll-out and 8 Support Project Exp.Experience in Hana Migration Project will be additional Advantage.Strong experience in Master data, Purchasing, Inventory, Account determination, invoice verification, batch management and special stocks is Mandatory.Resource will design test scripts, test cases and execute testing of data migration processes for SAP MM.Good Knowledge on configurations of Purchasing, Pricing procedure, Inventory management, account determination and invoice verification.Knowledge is required in Material master and vendor master functionalities, data base tables and relationship between the tables.Strong knowledge on cutover data activities and data uploading methods.Experience on User training and Functional specifications. Good communication skills and client facing skills.Good Knowledge in standard reports.Resource should have knowledge on S/4 Hana Functionalities (Business Partner, Migration Cockpit, BRF+ and tables in HANA.Resource should have knowledge on Fiori application.Resource should be able to work in the project independently and support to team. Ability to handle multiple projects and support to multiple consultants.Resource should be champion in solution design and design thinking.Experience on SAP best practices and implementation.Resource should have experience on design new business process/ custom business process.Knowledge on EDI / IDOC will be added advantage.Strong knowledge on integration with FI, SD, PP, QM, PM.Knowledge on Interfaces will be added Advantage.Integration knowledge on Cloud Products (Ariba, Field Glass) will be added advantage.Ability to manage expectations with the project team and client.Ability to guide & mentor the respective module consultants on managing the solution and design.Design and apply enterprise system and application solutions to meet business objectives.Flexibility to work across and between multiple projects (it is key to not end up becoming a doer but stay as a designer and leader).Ability to lead and design the solutions and follow-up on completion of tasks by project teams.Credibility toward the client is based on industry, business and SAP product knowledge. Use this credibility to advice client and guide the client towards the best project solution
