Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is essential to our company’s growth, focusing on driving new business, managing client relationships, securing partnerships, and expanding into new markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, the ability to build strong connections with stockists, and a knack for developing strategies that drive revenue growth. Multilingual communication skills are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and reach new markets.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing client needs, and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with stockists, distributors, and other key partners to enhance brand presence and product availability.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support cohesive branding, product positioning, and market initiatives.
- Oversee reporting on sales, performance metrics, and forecasts to measure and optimize efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong record in client relationship management and market expansion.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with stockists, distributors, or retail partners.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate in multiple languages.
- Excellent presentation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
