Job Description:
Weconnect Services is seeking a meticulous Finance Executive to handle key financial tasks including manual payroll processing , manual invoice generation , and GST filings . This role involves managing bookkeeping , overseeing sales invoices , and supporting overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Tally ERP 9 and Zoho Books , as well as expertise in GST filing, invoice creation, finance management, and accounting management . Additionally, strong administrative experience and financial planning ideas are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales invoices manually and ensure timely processing of all transactions.
- Handle manual payroll processing and generate payslips for employees.
- Perform GST filings accurately and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records of all financial activities, including sales, expenses, and other transactions.
- Ensure all financial data is organized for easy access and review.
- Track accounts payable and accounts receivable , ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist in the reconciliation of financial statements and preparation of monthly reports.
- Use Tally ERP 9 and Zoho Books to manage financial records and transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with the company’s auditor to provide necessary financial documents and ensure compliance.
- Assist with budgeting , expense tracking , and other financial planning tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Zoho Books for financial management.
- Experience in manual invoice generation , payroll processing , and GST filings .
- Proficiency in MS Excel for financial management and data organization.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle financial tasks independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of tax regulations , GST filings , and financial compliance .
- Ability to manage sales records and invoices accurately and efficiently.
