Doctor Engagement & Medical Marketing

  • Build and execute doctor engagement strategies through CMEs, medical camps, webinars, and scientific communication.
  • Develop scientific marketing tools such as visual aids, product monographs, clinical support material, and ensure their effective usage by the field force.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Affairs team to ensure evidence-based communication.
  • Strengthen KOL (Key Opinion Leader) connect and drive advocacy for the brand portfolio.

Retail & Trade Marketing

  • Plan and execute retail visibility campaigns, including POS materials, branding, and display activities.
  • Drive in-clinic and pharmacy-level activations to increase product off-take.
  • Monitor secondary sales trends and provide marketing support to distributors/stockists.
  • Ensure effective ROI from retail promotions and schemes.

BTL Activities & Brand Building

  • Design and execute BTL campaigns like health camps, patient awareness programs, sponsorships, and exhibitions.
  • Plan doctor-patient connect initiatives to build trust and product adoption.
  • Develop patient education materials, digital assets, and interactive marketing solutions.

Strategic & Analytical

  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Define brand positioning and communication strategy for the assigned portfolio.
  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide strategic inputs to management.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: MBA (Marketing) / M. Pharm / B. Pharm / Life Sciences background preferred.
  • Age Must be less than 30 Years
  • Experience: 35 years in healthcare / pharmaceuticals / nutraceuticals/ Homoeopathy, with hands-on exposure to doctor handling, retail marketing, and BTL execution.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing dynamics (Rx + OTC/D2C).
  • Ability to create scientific yet consumer-friendly brand communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with a flair for creative marketing.
