Job Title: Asst Manager / Manager
Location: Western Suburbs - Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2-8 years (sourcing, preferably in the real estate sector)
Reports to: Site Head/Team Lead
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Age: Below 30 years
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: preferably from the real estate Industry.
Minimum Experience: 2-8 years of experience
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem & current market trends.
Skills and Competencies: Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or within a team.
Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems and other relevant software for reporting and presentations.
