Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly mo vated and detail-oriented Closing Manager to join our team. This is a full me, on-site role based in Pune, where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day ac vi es related to closings, sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transac ons, closing procedures. Key Responsibili es: Transac on Coordina on: Manage and oversee the en re closing process from contract to closing date, ensuring all melines are adhered to and necessary documents are prepared and reviewed. Financial Oversight: Coordinate with lenders, tle companies, and other par es to ensure f inancial transac ons, including earnest money deposits and final payments, are processed smoothly. Client Communica on: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering ques ons, and addressing concerns throughout the closing process. Document Management: Maintain organized and secure files of all transac on documents, ensuring confiden ality and accessibility as needed. Problem Solving: Iden fy poten al issues that may arise during the closing process and proac vely work to resolve them in a mely manner. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all closing documents to verify accuracy and completeness before finalizing transac ons.
Post-Closing Ac vi es: Coordinate post-closing tasks such as document recordings, disbursements, and client follow-ups to ensure a smooth transi on and client sa sfac on.  Process Improvement:
Con nuously evaluate and suggest improvements to closing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client experience. Qualifica ons And Skills:  Closings skills  Sales exper se
Experience in real estate transac ons and closings
Strong nego a on and communica on skills
Ability to work collabora vely in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900, ₹1,000,000.00 per month
