As a Technical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and servicing of IoT controllers designed for Irrigation Automation and Fertigation systems. Your responsibilities will include:-Installation of IoT controllers at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and connectivity.-Conducting routine maintenance and servicing of IoT controllers to ensure optimal performance.-Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.-Collaborating with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.-Providing on-site training and support to customers on the operation of IoT controllers.-Documenting installation and service activities accurately.Qualifications:-Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.-Proven experience in technical installations and servicing.-Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.-Join our dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of Irrigation Automation and Fertigation technology.
