Position Title: SAP FS-CD Functional Analyst

Location: Hyderabad/Chennai (Hybrid)

Experience: 5+ years

Role Summary :

We are seeking an SAP Functional Analyst, primarily for FS-CD, to join the SAP Configuration & Support team.

Role Responsibilities :

• Coordinate UAT activities with business users for sign-off for deployment of defect fixes and enhancements.

• Troubleshoot and triage source to target system data using XML, log viewers, interface, and SAP data.

• Work on an SAP Configuration and Production Support team of 10 members, working onsite & offshore.

• Expected working hours which allow 2 through 3 hours of overlap with the US onsite team.

Technical Qualifications :

• Possess 5 years’ experience in SAP FS-CD, SAP Business Partner, configuration activities across all SAP FS-CD processes – such as company code setup, cash application, and disbursement set up.

• FS-CD is the primary working module; experience with FSRI and FIGL is considered a plus.

• Possess knowledge on SAP BAPI/RFC.

• Possess experience in SAP integrations with various upstream applications.

• GuideWire (GW) experience would be considered a plus if related to Policy/Claim Admin System.

• Possess Insurance/Reinsurance domain knowledge.

• Candidate has experience in analyzing defects & able to identify root cause and propose a fix.

• Candidate has experience in application maintenance, enhancement, and Production Support areas within Information Technology (IT) systems.

• Possess experience with SAP releases using SAP ChaRM application and integration with SAP BASIS teams for production deployment activities.

General Qualifications :

• Success in virtual collection and finalization of business requirements, with cross-functional working groups.

• Able to work in onsite – offshore model.

• Ability to handle demanding workloads and balance multiple priorities to meet objectives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Possess analytical and troubleshooting skills.
