About the Role


A SAP Commerce Cloud Functional Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that SAP Commerce Cloud solutions meet business requirements and operate efficiently.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and configure SAP Commerce Cloud solutions based on business needs.
  • Ensure solutions align with best practices and industry standards.
  • Lead the implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Commerce Cloud applications.
  • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user manuals.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Required Skills:

  • Proven experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) implementations.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce processes and best practices.


Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and database management is a plus.
