JobDescription:

We are seeking aproactive and resultsdriven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team.The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for securing projectsfor our bench candidates promptly and establishing and nurturingrelationships with prime vendors who work directly withclients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with prime vendors and direct clientsto understand their staffing needs and projectrequirements.
  • Effectively market benchcandidates to prime vendors and direct clients emphasizing theirskills experience and suitability for availableprojects.
  • Actively source and submit benchcandidates for open positions to secure project placementsswiftly.
  • Develop and maintain a robustpipeline of potential projects for bench candidates by building andnurturing relationships with prime vendors and directclients.
  • Collaborate closely with internalteams including recruiters and account managers to ensure aseamless and efficient process from candidate submission to projectplacement.
  • Stay informed about industry trendsmarket demands and emerging technologies to effectively positionbench candidates for relevant opportunities.
  • Track and document all interactions and activities in thecompanys CRM or ATS for accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to bench candidatesregarding their submission status and projectopportunities.
  • Negotiate rates terms andcontracts with prime vendors and direct clients to maximize projectplacements and profitability.
  • Continuouslyevaluate and improve bench sales strategies and processes tooptimize results and meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration HumanResources or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter orsimilar role in the staffing industry .
  • Strong understanding of the US IT staffing marketincluding prime vendor relationships and clientengagement.
  • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills with the ability to effectively interact withprime vendors direct clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritizetasks in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting orexceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Proficiency in using CRM or ATS platforms for candidateand project management.
  • Highly organized withmeticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation andrecordkeeping.
  • Ability to adapt to changingpriorities and requirements while maintaining a positive andproactive attitude.
  • Willingness to workflexible hours as needed to accommodate client and candidateschedules.
