Position overview: We are looking for a skilled Content Writer with 3-4 years of experience to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong command of English, excellent research abilities, and a passion for creating compelling content that drives business results. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality, value-driven content across multiple formats and channels to engage our B2B and B2B2C audiences. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Writing Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content for various formats including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy Develop scripts for podcasts, videos, and other multimedia content Create both long-form thought leadership pieces and short-form social media content that adds value to our audience Craft compelling pitch decks and presentation materials for sales and marketing teams Write and edit content briefs that clearly communicate project requirements, target audience, and key messaging Research & Strategy Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform content strategy Interview subject matter experts, customers, and internal stakeholders to gather authentic insights and stories Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate relevant information into content planning Analyze target audience needs and pain points to create content that resonates and provides solutions Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business objectives and align content accordingly Content Performance & Creative Thinking Monitor and analyze content performance metrics including engagement rates, conversion rates, and lead generation Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, headlines, and content formats to improve performance Track content attribution and ROI to demonstrate business impact Generate creative content ideas that stand out in competitive markets and develop unique angles and storytelling approaches for complex B2B topics Create content series and campaigns that build brand authority and thought leadership Maintain brand voice consistency while adapting tone for different audiences and channels Required Qualifications: Experience & Background 3-4 years of professional content writing experience, preferably in B2B or B2B2C environments Background in relevant industry sectors or journalism with strong transferable skills Proven portfolio demonstrating versatility across different content formats and industries Experience writing for business audiences with understanding of professional communication standards Writing & Language Skills Exceptional English proficiency with strong grammar, spelling, and style abilities Ability to write in simple, clear language that makes complex topics accessible Experience adapting writing style and tone for different audiences and platforms Strong storytelling skills with ability to create compelling narratives from data and insights Excellent editing and proofreading capabilities Research & Technical Skills Strong research methodology and fact-checking abilities, ability to synthesize complex information into digestible content Understanding of content performance metrics and analytics tools Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research Proficiency with content management systems and collaboration tools Basic understanding of content marketing principles and strategies Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media management Experience with project management tools and workflow processes Knowledge of content performance tracking and reporting tools Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field Experience in specific industry verticals relevant to our business Knowledge of content marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies Familiarity with design tools for creating visual content assets Experience with video script writing and podcast content development Understanding of sales processes and how content supports customer journey stages Content Formats You'll Work On Long-form content : Blog articles, whitepapers, industry reports, case studies, eBooks Short-form content : Social media posts, email subject lines, ad copy, product descriptions Sales materials : Pitch decks, one-pagers, sales sheets, proposal content Educational content : How-to guides, tutorials, webinar scripts, FAQ sections Multimedia scripts : Podcast episodes, video content, presentation materials Email campaigns : Newsletter content, drip campaigns, promotional emails
