Job Overview: Quick Glance Under the Hood

Be part of our client’s team as a Field Service Report Auditor . You'll review and verify field service reports for accuracy and compliance, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with teams to improve processes. Enjoy a role that combines data analysis with impactful recommendations, driving excellence in industrial maintenance solutions.


Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Mon - Fri 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM
(Following US Business Hours; 8AM to 5PM CST)
Work setup: Temporary WFH, Makati


Responsibilities: Daily Tune-Up Tasks

  • Review field service reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
  • Verify the authenticity of data and documentation provided in the reports.
  • Identify and investigate/report any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies within field service reports.
  • Communicate findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with field service teams to address issues and improve the reporting process.
  • Maintain accurate records of audit findings and actions taken.
  • Perform other data entry and report management tasks as assigned.
