Overview: As a Telecaller you will play a crucial role in the organizations sales andcustomer service efforts. You will be responsible for contactingpotential and existing customers to promote products or servicesgather information and address inquiries and complaints. Yourcontributions will directly impact the companys bottom line andcustomer satisfaction.KeyResponsibilities:

• Initiate salescalls to potential customers

RequiredQualifications:

• High school diplomaor equivalent
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or relevant customer servicerole
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
• Ability to handle rejection andobjections professionally
• Strong sales skillsand ability to close deals
• Good knowledge ofrelevant computer programs and telephonesystems
• Ability to multitask set priorities andmanage time effectively
